This PR aims to improve the documentation. It includes a rewrite of the readme, cleaner and (hopefully) more useful
man helpand nicer dependency checking. It also introduces some indentation into theMakefileto make it more readable.The bootstrap building functionality is unchanged.
When reviewing the readme rewrite, is it likely easier to view the updated file rather than the diff.
FYI the rationale for this PR is to make this repo the "source of truth" related to building
bootstraps. The TKLDev docs can then point to this repo forbootstrapusage details.
